I love taking notes and I love Neovim . So naturally, I used notes.txt for years. Then I found out through Stack Overflow’s survey that people use markdown for notes. I was immediately sold and discovered obsidian , but could not stick with it; its Vim mode still wasn’t Neovim.

I then found out about marksman and then Markdown-oxide but I missed the graph view.

So instead of using Obsidian for graph and Neovim+LSP for everything else, I chose to learn Go dive into the LSP spec (thanks to TJ for intro ), and dedicate the next 12-15 months to building something myself.

Now we’re here.
